Feasibility/Sustainability Studies

Feasibility Studies describe the process of analysing both the internal and external environment in which the business operates.

In the study, a multitude of factors are taken into account, the main ones being the development of the industry (market analysis), the local market (local market analysis), the medium and long-term prospects of the national economy and, finally, the competition.

Feasibility studies are of major importance both for the success of a business plan and for the development and growth of a company, since they limit the investor’s risk and largely determine to a large extent the course of development and evolution of the business.

Key indicators of Feasibility Studies:

  • Market analysis
  • Local market analysis
  • W.O.T. analysis (strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats)
  • Future financial flow plans, cash flow plans
  • Future profit and loss projections
  • Analysis of capital requirements and proposed capital
